My name is Iv Nikolova. I am a psychologist, therapist, and coach with an international private practice in both Bulgarian and English – working online and in person in Sofia. I support people from all over the world who are going through inner transformations and seeking the path back to themselves.

My work combines years of personal experience, academic training, and dozens of healing modalities, which I’ve woven into my signature method – Human Evolutionary Therapy. This is a deep cleansing process that heals on a spiritual, mental, and physical level. I help my clients remove energetic blocks that prevent them from achieving the freedom and results they long to experience.

I’m a true traveler – I left Bulgaria as a child, and my life has taken me through Morocco, the USA, Canada, and Latin America. I continuously learn and grow, guided by my intuition and deep commitment to truth.

In 2016, my journey along the Path of Light began with a powerful inner purification. It brought painful losses, ego confrontations, and even a near-death experience. I was stripped of everything familiar, and that taught me surrender and humility. In 2019, I concluded this intense process with an ayahuasca ceremony, marking my awakening as a healer and spiritual guide.

One of my most profound experiences was living on a remote island in the Caribbean. There, in full harmony with nature, I practiced sungazing, worked with the elements and energy. It was in that solitude that I discovered my true gift – to work with cosmic energy and channel light in a unique way.

After years of spiritual trials and learning from shamans and healers, I returned to Bulgaria. Today, I’m here to share this experience and wisdom with you – through sessions, retreats, and trainings that support deep emotional and energetic healing.
